Thibault has founded, co-founded, and managed several successful French companies in the fields of brands and B2B software, such as Sézane and TextMaster, each becoming a benchmark for innovation and market leadership.

Through Contribution, he has participated in the creation or development of numerous companies, including Bergamotte, Fauve, Gymate, Fabriq, Cockpit, Trone, and Dayuse.

Previously, as a partner at Chausson Finance, he supported around forty innovative companies, including Talentsoft, Kyriba, Konbini, Webedia, Weezevent, and Efficity. He began his career in mergers and acquisitions in New York after establishing his first company at the age of 19, alongside his studies.

In his personal life, Thibault is the father of two energetic children. He is passionate about air, sea, and land adventures, enjoys immersive travel experiences, values inspiring encounters and introspection, and has a fondness for six-string instruments and two- or three-wheeled vehicles.

Jean-Baptiste was previously a Partner at 360 Capital and Serena Capital, where he contributed to the financing of numerous technology companies, notably Evaneos, Lengow (acquired), TextMaster (acquired), and Cheerz (acquired).

He is also a partner and business angel in several technology companies and founded a marketplace for personal services.In his personal life, Jean-Baptiste is the father of a spirited young daughter and married to a dedicated entrepreneur. He is a PHP and no-code enthusiast and has recently become an enlightened entrepreneur in the construction industry.
